Mission AAR

Mission 1 - Essen - no written report filed
Mission 4 - Mannheim - no written report filed
Mission 5 - Our Lancaster suffered a bomb release malfunction, and was unable to release the payload over the target. Fortunately, with some help, the Bombardier was able to manually release the bombs, averting further disaster.
Mission 8 - In Zone 3 we encountered a JU88 who shot out Engine #1. Losing an engine so early in the mission, and being so close to base, we decided to save man and machine, and return home.
Mission 10 - After losing Engine #4 in Zone 3 OB to a JU88, the Lancaster marshalled on at Low Level. However, any luck that had been following finally ran out at Zone 8 OB, and an ME110 achieved a direct hit of the Bomb Bay, detonating the load, resulting in the loss of the plane, and entire crew.
