I had a table set up at the 2017 World War II Heritage Days, held at Falcon Field in Peachtree City, Georgia April 22-23, 2018. For me the highlight of the event was meeting Dick Cole. Cole served as Lt. Col. Jimmy Doolittle's co-pilot in the lead plane of 16 B-25B Mitchell bombers that raided Tokyo and environs on April 18, 1942. Never in a million years did I ever think I would meet one of the men who flew that April 1942 mission!
